Thanks to our nationwide delivery, your ordered items will reach their destination with various options to choose from. All you need to do is choose your delivery method, date and destination and your party goods will arrive either at your door, at the closest collection point selected by you or collected from our warehouse.
Your order can be couriered at an additional charge (i.e. delivery is not included in price).
Your order can be collected from the warehouse in Salt River, Cape Town as another option at no additional charge.
We will do our best to deliver your order on as per the delivery date and time you have requested, by communicating and instructing the couriers with all the relevant info you have passed onto us, and following up on all tracking. However, we unfortunately cannot always guarantee delivery at a specific time on a certain date as we rely on third party couriers and, even though we always do our best, please understand that sometimes errors occur. On these rare occasions, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@welovetoparty.co.za who will help you track your parcel.
Should any of your ordered items be damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us at info@welovetoparty.co.za and you’ll have the option to either be refunded or have the goods replaced.
